Delivery: Australia

Orders placed Monday through to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability. 

Delivery & Taxes: International

Shipping times may vary based on location of the recipient. Shipping may take 3-15 days for shipping to the EU, US, Norway or Switzerland or Australia. 

PLEASE NOTE ALL PRICES OUTSIDE THE UK ARE EXCLUSIVE OF ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND DUTIES. IN THE EVENT YOU PLACE AN ORDER FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE UK, YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANY TAXES AND DUTIES PAYABLE TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES. 

Return Policy

Denton House offers returns for change of mind on all online orders that are shipped back to us within 7 days*, however the following requirements and exclusions apply:

Clothing should be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with all tags in tact.

Upon items returned, a review will be made of your returned items and if deemed align with our policy requirements your refund and/or exchange will be processed. 

Denton House has the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Only eligible for return if deemed faulty.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items.

*Excludes Welcome Discount Code.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Terms

Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is used) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order. Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from date of return.

Any costs (including shipping) incurred by the customer to return or exchange any goods purchased shall be borne by the customer. 

No refunds on any shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes.
