Delivery

Denton House offers complimentary express shipping with all Australian orders over $350 AUD. All orders under $350 AUD will be charged $15 AUD.

All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia post express services.

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. Denton House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items purchased online within 7 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met. Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange.

Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer. 

Return labels are not provided and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the order using a shipping method of their choice.

Denton House does not accept returns on any sale items unless deemed faulty. This excludes our 10% Welcome Offer, if this is used towards a full priced item, you are eligible for a return.

Size exchanges are subject to availability.

Sale Items

All sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

We recommend selecting carefully and encourage you to contact our online team for sizing or styling advice prior to purchase.

Terms

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed in the original currency of the order. Any currency conversion differences are not covered.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees and any additional charges, including customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.
