How much does shipping cost?
Denton House offers complimentary express shipping with all Australian orders over $600 AUD. All orders under $600 AUD will be charged $12 AUD for Standard Shipping or $15 AUD for Express Shipping.
Are all Denton House products shipped directly by Denton House?
Some JOAEN products are fulfilled via a drop-shipping arrangement, meaning your order will be packed and dispatched directly by JOAEN on behalf of Denton House. Your order may therefore arrive separately from other items purchased from Denton House.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available) once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the product and shipping provider.
When will I receive my order?
All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express services, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

How do I return an item?
Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and sale items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
