Do I need to create an account to shop with Denton House?
You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

How much does shipping cost?
Denton House offers complimentary express shipping with all Australian orders over $350 AUD. All orders under $350 AUD will be charged $15 AUD.
When will I receive my order?
All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia post express services.
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. Denton House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Will I have to pay duty on my order?
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.
How do I return an item?
Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and sale items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
